Spark Virtual Racing at the 2022 PCA Porsche Parade!

Spark Virtual Racing, an official 2022 sponsor of PCA Club Racing and PCA Sim Racing, will be showcasing its high-end racing simulators at the 2022 PCA Porsche Parade!

We are happy to announce that Spark Virtual Racing will have their S-100 and S-600 systems available for registered drivers to experience sim racing at this year’s Parade in the PCA Sim Racing room.

PCA Sim Racing is located in the African Ballroom at the Kalahari Resorts Poconos. The drivers’ check-in desk is outside of Room 50. Additional registration information is below.

Hagerty Motorsports to Sponsor Fast Lap Competition at the 2022 PCA Porsche Parade!

Hagerty Motorsports will be sponsoring the Hagerty Motorsports Challenge for registered drivers on Stations 2 & 3 in the PCA Sim Racing room at this year’s Parade. Each driver competes against established lap times and then is eligible to compete for prizes and awards presented by Hagerty Motorsports on Thursday, June 16th at 5:00 PM in the Sim Racing room. PCA Sim Racing is located in the African Ballroom at the Kalahari Resorts Poconos. The drivers’ check-in desk is outside of Room 50.

• Each Challenge participant will have 25 minutes to drive.
• The Challenge participant can run as many laps as they want during their session.
• A stopwatch will be used to start and stop each Challenge participant’s session.
• At the end of the time, the Challenge participant can complete the lap they are on.
• At the end of the session, the participant’s fastest time will be marked down and initialed by the participant, and a PCA Sim Racing representative.
• Challenge Participants should leave their Station right away so it can be cleaned and prepared for the next participant.
• All participants will use the same car, the iRacing Porsche 911 GT3 R, and iRacing’s Watkins Glen track with the “boot” layout. Car setup, weather, and time settings will be common to all competitors.
• Settings will be checked before the participant starts their session.

PCA Sim Racing Test Drive at 2022 Porsche Parade

Sunday, June 12th through Friday, June 17th

PCA Sim Racing is back again this year for its second appearance at Porsche Parade! At last year’s event, we introduced over 300 people to the world of sim racing. This year we return with more systems to try out, more prizes to win, and more great PCA Sim Racing discussions in twice the area of 2021!

PCA Sim Racing is located in the African Ballroom at the Kalahari Resorts Poconos. The drivers’ check-in desk is outside of Room 50. You’ll get your driver “pit pass” and can then proceed to the Station you are assigned to run.

The cars aren’t real, but the racing is!™

Driver Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Have a current PCA membership, associate membership, or guest of a member.
• If a guest, please use the member’s number to register with the text “guest” added alongside the number.
• All participants must be pre-registered and have an assigned time to run.
• If you are a PCA Junior, please visit the PCA Juniors @ Parade lounge.

Please complete our registration to reserve time at the 2022 Porsche Parade for the PCA Sim Racing test drive.

Non-Challenge Driving Session Settings

• Each participant will have 25 minutes to drive.

* Note: Station 1 (SVR S-100) and Station 4 (SVR S-600) will not be available on Thursday, June 16th, or Friday, June 17th.

Systems Available

There are 4 PC-based systems available to drive. All four have a large monitor(s), wheel, and pedals, and are set up in a racing cockpit running the iRacing software platform.

• Station 1 – scheduled each half-hour
• Station 2 – scheduled each half-hour
• Station 3 – scheduled each half-hour
• Station 4 – scheduling is managed directly by Spark Virtual Racing

Okay to Visit?

While only registered drivers can access “the pits”, everyone is welcome to stop by and visit us about PCA Sim Racing even if you are not scheduled to drive! We love to bench race and would love to meet you!
