Series 5, Event 8 Recap at Daytona RC

The finale of the Porsche Club of America’s Series 5 took place at the Daytona Road Course through iRacing. Our event started off with an interview hosted by our Podium eSports announcer James Pike with Justin Moreno, the Vice President of Marketing at Hagerty. Justin told us about his involvement with PCA Sim Racing and how it benefited him personally with his real-life driving events. He also explained about Team Hagerty and the passion they have for elevating and promoting driving events amongst enthusiasts.

The WWZ Racing league is up and running in iRacing. It’s official name is “PCA Zone Group 6-7-8-9-11-14”.

Invitations have been sent out to all WWZ members please check your iRacing account and accept the invite in order to participate in WWZ event starting with Series 1 which kicks off this week.

2020 Virtual California Festival of Speed

Going Virtual

The popular annual event the California Festival of Speed was held virtually this year at Auto Club Speedway in Fontana, California through iRacing. In conjunction with the Porsche Club of America’s Club Racing, Zone 8, and Sim Racing groups there was quite a show to be seen. The sim racing winners would receive a Porsche Collection watch for each of the class wins.

It’s Time to go Racing Again

In the coming weeks, Porsche Club of America members will be taking to the virtual race track in iRacing to compete in the first racing season of 2020: Series 4.
