Dean’s List – Installment 8

by Dean Chapman, Northern New Jersey Region PCA

Congratulations – Welcome to Installment 8!

You have found yourself on the pole position at the Dean’s List!

The Dean’s List is the place for me to ask questions of fellow PCA Sim Racing competitors, hopefully gleaning tidbits of information about their likes, dislikes, and equipment.

Keep your head up, your eyes down field and make sure to point out the track flag stations as you go by.

Our iRacers today are track day pilots, devilishly fast with a sprinkling of street legal road runners thrown into the frothy mix…

The Tip Jar – Installment 8

Sage SIM advice from fellow PCA Sim iRacers!

by Dean Chapman, Northern New Jersey Region PCA

What do you ensure you always do before a race?

Rafael Amorim, “I always like to check my general setup and more specifically fuel load and brake bias.”

Karl Bocchieri, “One race last season my computer crashed just as I was signing on, got everything back but didn’t even qualify and had a terrible race.  Now I sign on and make sure the equipment is working well before the race.”

Chris Ciborowski, “Practice, hydrate, and be sure that the rig systems/software are ready to go. Right before, relax.”
