Reflecting on 2026
With Series 15 in the rearview mirror and Series 16 now underway, our Series racing program continues to be the most popular format in PCA Sim Racing.
Your SC continues to keep what’s working with our programs while adding a few new things to keep it interesting. And the level of racing just keeps getting better — the Pro/SuperPro races especially have made for some great evening entertainment!
The adjustments to the Team Racing Series (TRS) program this year seem to be getting positive reviews; the Summer Tour was well attended. Mark Frost continues to surprise us with creative Arrive & Drive (A&D) and the new Cars & Cocktails (C&C) program.
Looking Ahead to 2027
All of our current racing programs will return for 2027, with a few new twists and refinements.
It’s a good idea to start forming your TRS teams now. You can also expect more Series prelude races and the ever-popular eDE sessions.
New for 2027 will be the Clubsport Challenge. In essence, it’s an annual series with monthly Sunday daytime races that provide another way to build PCA Sim Racing into your life’s schedule. Details are posted here.
Lastly, while our program helped offset a portion of PCA Sim Racing’s expenses for live broadcasting and live race control of the 64 races in the two annual Series, beginning in 2027, the $48 annual GridPass will be required for all to participate in PCA Sim Racing. That is $0.75 per Series race for broadcasting superb events by the best in the business, RaceSpot.
